David's ultimate aim is to build a software AI capable of taking over the world. In the meantime, the challenge of building systems for environmental compliance seems to keep him busy. His outdoor skills recently earned David the office award of most likely to survive a post-apocalyptic Britain.
Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing... oh, and coffee. Michelle also moonlights as an air hostess (thanks Duncan for your fashion critique).
Aaron joined the team as an Environmental Compliance Researcher after graduating with a master’s degree in Public Policy. Out of the office he is a lover of all things to do with the countryside and can often be found walking his dog, Hector.
Áine joined the team as an Account Manager from a background in the welfare to work sector. Out of the office, she's an avid reader and always has a novel on hand in case of emergencies.
Annis is relatively new to the world of environmental compliance, having previously worked on higher education policy and legislation. When not at work, she can be found playing with her son or spending time outdoors.
Danielle joined the team in July 2017 as an account manager, having previously worked in European grant management. A lover of languages, art and cinema, and one of the very few in the office functioning without coffee.
A handsome, witty, urbane developer once said about Duncan "he's been coding for longer than he hasn't been coding, but would rather be playing squash".
Gabi searched all over the world until she found a job where she can use her skills to help businesses effectively reduce their environmental impact. Her newest project is convincing her children that receiving non-material gifts is the way to go. It’s not going so well.
Jane looks after the office, making sure its inhabitants are fed, watered, and in the right place at the right time. Out of the office, Jane lives completely off-grid.
Jennifer has lived and worked in Mexico and Chile in the past, and loves learning new Spanish words and grammatical phrases. She’s a keen speleologist, and when not at work, enjoys both singing and climbing through underground waterfalls and caves.
Jianhong joined the team as a Graduate Researcher after he graduated from five-year Environmental degrees. Out of work, he is a lover of hiking and board games (even preparing for having a board game club at home).
Lydia joined the team as an Account Manager having previously come from the world of recruitment. When she's not getting her head around the latest environmental compliance, she can be found sewing dresses and dolls for her 2 daughters.
Lynn joins the Lorax team as a Customer Account Manager with previous experience in waste management and industrial services. A fan of spreadsheets and compliance, Lynn also enjoys yoga, cinema, walking and family time with her husband and 2 sons.
CIMA qualified, MarieAnne joined LoraxEPI with over 20 years’ experience of working in multinational organisations in commercial finance. She supports the Shareholders of the Company with their growth and strategies, successfully driving results and benefiting the bottom line through both financial and commercial insight. MarieAnne works with the trading operations, ensuring that the necessary protocols are in place to protect the financial stability of the business.

Neelima has over 5 years experience in Manual Testing. She is currently enjoying her time in Lorax learning about schemes and implementation.
Ryan spent his sandwich year with Lorax EPI and decided that he wanted to come back full-time. When he's not trapped in virtual reality he enjoys winning strategy games and reading cyberpunk novels.
When the WiFi goes out, and your programs freeze, Stephen is the wizard that utters the famous words "have you turned it off and on again?"
Tim joined Lorax in 2019 and is responsible for staff recruitment, creating a pipeline of young talent along with staff wellbeing and development. Being the oldest UK member of staff Tim is well placed to ensure that all recruitment meets current Age Discrimination guidelines. Outside of work Tim is a keen swimmer and cinema fan and has recently taken up the guitar.
Tracy joined the team in September 2020 as a Senior Customer Account Manager, having previously worked for a digital agency. A lover of art, film and exploring historical buildings and their grounds (Osborne House being one of her favourites) and a believer that most things feel better discussed over acup of tea. Outside of work Tracy is kept on her toes with her children and has recently taken up running.
